Listed below are our current licensing terms of 2006.

Instructions:
All pages in the various gallery sections are designed in a similar fashion:
Three (3) images on the left (or right for the talent section) and one large, main photo. The images are numbered 1-3 descending, then the larger images is the 4th.

For any licensing requests, please email to licensing@myracleworks.com, and include which images you would like, where you saw them (i.e. what page on this or another site) and your usage information (what agency, publication, production you are from, rights requested, etc.) including the licensing terms you are presenting.

If your company is requesting a quote from us our rates are pretty simple:

Usage in a magazine, book, news paper or other periodical - we'll license at 10% below your agency rate.

For all other projects (including broadcast, internet, mobile technology, etc.) please send us the number of images you require, rights and term and someone will call you within 6 hours.

 

Any other requests for usage (i.e. in publicity campaigns, marketing campaigns or CDs, etc.) can be submitted to licensing@myracleworks.com and include your terms as above.

For all pictures,Myracleworks Pictures, it's owners, agents, employees and/or representatives duly assigned thereof ("Myracleworks") warrant and represent that Myracleworks is the sole copyright owner. With respect to non-news or periodical usage, Myracleworks does not indemnify against claims made with respect to third-party clearances. We always advise to clear your third-party clearances on all shots, unless notified that Myracleworks has secured an all rights release in connection therewith.
